No official tNo official treaty has ever been signed between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and an Australian government. In recent years, however, for the first time in our history several States and Territories have committed to talking treaty. In this talk, Harry explains why treaty is important, what treaty looks like, how treaty might be negotiated, and how it fits into the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
